| SSM 55093 | 2026-08-20. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY; VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some 2021-2026 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a concern of the windshield wipers not parking in the correct position on the windshield and/or over-traveling. This may be due to incorrect alignment of the wiper pivot arm on the wiper linkage assembly. Wiper pivot arms may or may not be equipped with an alignment key. Alignment keys are a manufacturing aid and are not needed for proper alignment and operation. In some instances, it may be necessary to remove this alignment key to achieve proper alignment. Replacement of the wiper pivot arm, due to a missing alignment key is a not warrantable. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-16. |

| SSM 51829 | 2023-08-14. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES. Some F-Super Duty and F-150 vehicles equipped with trailer tow mirror may exhibit various exterior rear view mirror functional concerns that require replacement after diagnosis. To properly determine if the defect is warrantable, cleaning and close inspection of the affected mirror may be required. To aid in proper warranty determination, the Rear-View Mirror Analysis general service bulletin (GSB) has been updated with a detailed cleaning procedure that should be followed prior to any inspection. New labor operations (17682ZZ or 17682ZZT) have been created that covers the cleaning and inspection process and may be used even if condition of failure is non-warrantable. Ford has inspected numerous returned parts and determined many cases are caused by damage which is unwarrantable and may be subject to chargeback. Refer to the latest version of the GSB on OASIS. |
| SSM 51469 | 2023-04-05. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM. | 22L02-S2 | 2022-06-10. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Certain 2021 Model Year F-150 Raptors with BlueCruise Prep Kit - Unsold Vehicles - Reinvoice/Window Label Replacement Verification, - Sold Vehicles - Owner Refund.Ford’s advanced BlueCruise hands-free driving technology has started rolling out to a wide variety of customers, beginning with more than 50,000 F-150 and Mustang Mach-E vehicles already equipped with the feature produced at our plants starting last July. Ford knows Raptor truck customers want the best of everything, which is why we delivered our most off-road capable version of the truck ever with plans to combine it with BlueCruise for breakthrough hands-free, on-road driving. We found in the final stages of software development that this specific implementation does not meet Ford and our customers’ highest standards when combined with the purpose-built off-road suspension and capability that our Raptor truck customers expect. As a result, Ford will refund customers the $795 hardware prep kit price and make new customers aware they are not being charged for the feature. |
