| SSM 54764 | 2026-04-28. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2021 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an erroneous diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2404:92 stored in the gateway module (GWM) after an over the air (OTA) update was performed or the GWM software was updated using the Ford Diagnosis And Repair System (FDRS). This may be due to various software parameters within the GWM. If this DTC is identified during normal diagnostics, but the vehicle does not exhibit any customer concerns around the GWM operation, this DTC should be disregarded. This DTC does not cause any observable concerns or warning messages and does not affect vehicle performance or durability. |

| TSB 25-2413 | 2025-09-03. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This article supersedes TSB 24-2253 to update the labor times associated with the Service Procedure from M-time to AP-time and add a limit. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model Statement above, may exhibit a condition where the SelectShift®/SelectShift transmission will downshift to a lower gear when in drive (D) and shifting to a higher gear will be unavailable in the IPC. Downshifting may continue, when safe entry conditions are met for each gear, and the IPC display will show the available gears counting down one by one as the vehicles' speed and engine rpm decreases. This may be due to a chafed wire harness in the SelectShift® +/- circuit. |
