A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

TSB 22-24712023-01-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM. This article supersedes TSB 21-2205 to update the vehicles and vehicle model years affected. 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles with 2.7L, 3.5L EcoBoost or 5.0L engines, 2020-2022 Transit vehicles with 3.5L EcoBoost engine having charging system diagnostics performed in the Workshop Manual (WSM) may experience the generator voltage desired (GENVDSD) parameter identification (PID) missing from the powertrain control module (PCM) PID list in the FDRS. This may be due to a software parameter in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.
TSB 22-24292022-12-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE/BCM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:INVERTER. Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 2.0kW Pro Power Onboard inverter system and built on or before 15-Jun-2021 may experience a Pro Power Onboard Unavailable message displayed in the center display screen and alternating current (AC) power outlet sockets inoperative with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1438:03 stored in the body control module (BCM) or DTC B15DA:09 stored in the BCM without observable symptoms. This may be due to various software parameters in the direct current/alternating current converter module A (DCACA). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to update the software in the DCACA. NOTE: A 2.0kW Pro Power Onboard inverter system is identified by the DCAC inverter assembly being located in the cabin under the rear seat on the left side of the vehicle. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-05 > Component Location.
