Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair. Specifically, for Bronco and Super Duty models, the cargo capacity (payload) may have been calculated incorrectly. For the Ranger models, the weight of vehicle options may have been entered incorrectly. As a result, the vehicle could be overloaded. Canadian regulations require companies to print the maximum weight of occupants and cargo on the tire and loading information label. Safety Risk: Incorrect information about the vehicle's weight capacity could lead to overloading and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will mail a new tire and loading information label to each owner. If you would like help to install it, you can contact a Ford dealer to have it installed free of charge. |

Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to install a sliding clip on each front seat belt. This clip will help to reposition the seat belt latch plate. The dealer will also provide an owner's manual update with instructions for how to use the sliding clip correctly. |
