Bulletins for the same vehicles and component
| SSM 52258 | 2024-02-23. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a parasitic battery draw. This may be due to an interior door lock switch on the driver's and passenger's interior door panels. Prior to normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, check both front door lock control switches for damage and/or proper operation. If a front door lock control switch does not operate as designed, repair as necessary. If no problems are found, continue with normal WSM diagnostics. For claiming, use causal part 14028 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. If the draw is still present, refer to WSM Section 414-00 for normal diagnostics. |

| SSM 51790 | 2023-07-18. Service bulletin. Some 2022-2023 Bronco vehicles built on 01-Sept-2022 and through 20-Mar-2023 may exhibit an intermittent illuminated hood ajar indicator on the instrument panel cluster and/or a false alarm activation caused by a hood ajar event. This may be due to an internal failure of the hood latch while the hood remains properly latched. To correct the condition, replace the hood latch (service base part number 16700). For claiming, use the causal part number 16700 and applicable labor operations in Section 12 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |
| TSB 23-2200 | 2023-06-30. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with a soft top roof may exhibit rear quarter window(s) that do not stay attached to the rear window after driving the vehicle or using the soft top quick access cargo function to raise the rear of the soft top assembly for luggage compartment access. This may be due to a retention channel(s) on the rear window that is too narrow. Do not replace the rear quarter windows. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to secure the rear quarter window(s) in place until a new rear window can be obtained to permanently correct this condition. |
| SSM 50467 | 2022-02-16. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a creak/pop type noise when any of the side doors are opened and closed. This may be due to incorrect door installation, alignment and/or incorrect tightening of the two bolts which hold the door to the vehicle body. To correct this condition, inspect for and address any damage to the door and/or latch components, then remove and reinstall the suspect door following the instructions located in the Digital Owners Manual, Removable Vehicle Components > Removable Doors > Removing and Installing the Doors. In this section youll also find a detailed tutorial video of the process. If the noise persists, perform the Front/Rear Door Alignment procedure located in the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-03 Body Closures. |
