SA-005-23a2023-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Customers having MAZDA CONNECT concerns should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
16-003-232023-06-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:INFOTAINMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain that Mazda Connect does not start (blank screen) or that it takes a long time to restart/ reboot after starting the vehicle. This is caused by the initialization process with the CMU failing at startup due to a defective circuit board element. To eliminate this concern, the internal hardware (DRAM) of the CMU has been improved.
09-021-232023-06-04. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR; STRUCTURE. Some vehicles may experience a gap between the glass and the rear door glass run-channel due to run-channel deformation. This causes poor appearance and wind noise when driving at high speed. This concern is due to the incorrect shape of the glass run-channel.
09-018-23a2023-06-04. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR; STRUCTURE. Some vehicles may exhibit the glass run channel of the front door interfering with the rear door garnish. This is caused by the front door glass run channel not being fixed strongly enough to the door for the following situations where the cycles of door operation may result in interference and lead to damage on the rear door garnish. When the front door glass is closed, the glass run channel may be forced to move to the B pillar side. During very hot weather, the glass run channel may expand to the B pillar side. To eliminate this concern, the design of the front door glass run channel has been changed to be fixed stronger to the door.
08-003-232023-06-04. Service bulletin. AIR BAGS. Some vehicles may exhibit that the air bag warning light turns on or repeats cycles of turning on and off with DTC B1126:13 and/or B1127:13 stored in memory.
01-007-232023-06-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The Mazda DCA-8000 is required for all warranty battery testing. If the Mazda DCA-8000 is not used, incorrect battery testing may result in unnecessary battery replacement. Use the following test procedures in this Service Bulletin to test Mazda vehicle batteries and to generate a Warranty Code.

Some customers will report that their fuel door was stuck closed and would not open to refuel the vehicle. The new part number BDMT-59-60ZH or later has been confirmed as an interchangeable part. Slight modifications will need to be made while also using rivet 90257-4810.
eFC-1-21-00443a2023-04-04. Service bulletin. AIR BAGS. A Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 08-001 /22 - AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ON WITH OTC B1126: 13 OR B1127:13) has been released to repair 2019-2022 Mazda3 with OTC B1126:13/B1127:13. Follow the TSB to repair the vehicle before replacing the airbag module. MC is working on a separate TSB for 2020-2022 CX-30.
