Service bulletins for the 2019 Mazda Mazda3

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

827 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

It does not mean there is an actual FSC defect. In some cases the customer may have a concern with the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and/or High Beam Control system (HBC). In other cases this DTC might be found without a related customer concern.
SA-066-222022-11-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may have one of the following DTCs stored in memory along with a system status notice on the Multi-information display OR display a system status notice with no DTC: * C1001:92 - Forward sensing camera (FSC) poor field of view [Gen 6 vehicles] * B14F0:92 - General temporary failure in forward sensing camera (FSC) [Gen 7 vehicles built on or before March 2, 2019] * No DTC - Warning Message only [Gen 7 vehicles built after March 2, 2019] DTC C1001:92 or B14F0:92 set as a past record for low visibility of the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC). It does not mean there is an actual FSC defect. * In some cases the customer may have a concern with the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and/or High Beam Control system (HBC). * In other cases this DTC might be found without a related customer concern. NOTE: In most cases, no dealer visit is necessary.

SA-046-20b2020-12-04. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; VISIBILITY. FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) DYNAMIC AIMING NOT COMPLETED AND/OR DTC B14F0:76 STORED. CAUTION: DO NOT turn the igintion OFF after dynamic aiming starts until aiming has completed or aiming timeout. If the ignition is turned OFF, the VCM will store B14F0:76 and FSC aiming will not complete. FSC dynamic aiming (mid-drive aiming) may not complete if the vehicle is driven on a road as described below: The road lane markings are covered by snow and are not visible. There are no road lane markings on the road surface. The road is winding and the vehicle cannot drive straight (300 m / 984 ft or more turning radius is required).

Drive Safely" or "Safety and Driver Support Systems Temporarily Disabled" warning messages • DTC B14F9:00 stored in memory DTC B14F9:00 cannot be found on MGSS, therefore repair cannot be performed. DTC_B14F9:00 is falsely stored instead of DTC B14F0:4B. DTC_B14F0:4B [VCM] (Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal temperature abnormality) - FSC detects temperature higher than operation range.
