15-001-252025-03-04. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some vehicle may experience the i-ACTIVSENSE/ALH warning lights on and a system error messages may be found in the center display as well. DTC U3000:04 (FSC) is stored in memory • DTC U3000:04 (FSC) - Forward sensing camera (FSC) internal malfunction • This may be caused by a hardware failure in an internal device of the FSC that results in the malfunction detection. To eliminate this concern, the production process of the FSC has been modified.
16-001-22d2022-12-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles may experience the symptoms mentioned below, which can be fixed with the latest software update (Version 7000C0A-NA01_12004 or later). Ver. 7000C0A-NA01_12004 fixes these software errors (bugs): * Album artwork may not appear when playing music using an USB connected iPhone. * The center display may turn black when the gear is shifted from reverse position to parking position. * Screen freezes and goes to white screen, then the system reboots. * Steering wheel switches and commander switches cannot control the audio system. * DTC U3000:49 is stored which may be accompanied with following symptoms. - No sound comes out from the speakers. - Audio source selection is unavailable. * When using the navigation with head-up mode, the vehicle icon rotates. * Beep sounds every after couple of minutes. * Language setting may not be accepted correctly. * The audio track may not pause when pressing the mute button. * The system reboots. * The screen may turn black when trying to play a video file in the USB connected device.
15-003/222022-02-04. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA; EQUIPMENT; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE. SA-044-212021-08-03. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. When switching to the maintenance mode, U3000:53 and the related DTCs are stored, but the DTCs will not be cleared automatically after finishing the maintenance mode. It is necessary to clear the DTCs completely after performing the brake system maintenance mode. DTC codes: U3000:53, C0021:52, U0415:68

01-018-19-36422019-11-21. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles that have a drained battery recovered may exhibit that the engine will not start and the ignition switch will not turn off. The following DTC's may also be stored: • U3000:49 - BCM internal malfunction • B10E7:12 - IG1 relay circuit malfunction • P0615:11 - Starter relay circuit malfunction. This concern most likely occurs on vehicles in a show room with frequent door operation and poor battery maintenance. For proper battery maintenance of show room vehicles, refer to SA-043/19.
