A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 549172026-06-16. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STEERING. Some 2021-2024 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit only continuous memory diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2016:47 stored in the power steering control module (PSCM) after a self test is performed with the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the vehicle does not exhibit any observable symptoms such as lack of/reduced power steering assist, disabling of power steering assist features and/or power steering assist fault messages displayed on the instrument panel cluster (IPC), this DTC should be ignored. No further service action is required.
SSM 506912022-04-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; STEERING. Some 2021-2022 Mustang Mach-E and F-150 vehicles may exhibit a Reverse Brake Assist Unavailable message after module programming has been completed. This may be due to a network interruption from programming or configuring modules, which can cause steering center find to be reset. When the steering center find is reset, this causes various features to become disabled. The steering center find can be relearned by driving the vehicle approximately 5 minutes above 18 mph (30 km/h) straight ahead on a flat surface with no steering inputs for a few seconds. When steering center is found the Reverse Brake Assist Unavailable message will go away.
