Service bulletins for the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 51292 | 2023-01-31. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:ANTI-THEFT:CONTROL MODULE. Some 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a false alarm activation and/or warning message in the FordPass application when the doors are locked. This may be due to the software in the door latch control module E (DCME), door latch control module F (DCMF), door latch control module G (DCMG) and/or door latch control module H (DCMH). To correct the condition, download and run the door control module software update application for each module one at a time using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 58219A65 and applicable labor times in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |
