Service bulletins for the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

329 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

TSB 25-23442025-07-30. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This article supersedes TSB 21-2245 to update labor times from M-time to AP-time and add a cap. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * "Stop Safely Now" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) * Illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P1A10, U0293 and/or U1011 * Loss of power This may be due to the parameters in the powertrain control module (PCM).
SSM 510952022-09-26. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. Some 2021-2022 Mustang Mach-E, 2022 F-150 Lightning/e-Transit may experience diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P1A10 in the secondary on-board diagnostic module C (SOBDMC) and U3012 in the battery energy control module (BECM) after a low voltage service disconnect (LVSD). If both DTCs have set simultaneously, this may be due to the LVSD not being fully seated. Inspect the LVSD C1001 for being fully seated which is located on the left side of the under hood compartment. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-03A High Voltage Battery > Mounting and Cables > General Procedures.

This may be due to the high voltage battery junction box (HVBJB). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the HVBJB and reprogram the BECM.
