This will allow service technicians to repair the root cause without over repairing the system. Replace only the part deemed failed by the diagnostics performed. Individual parts include: - Compressor - Valve block - Individual hoses - Temp sensor - Shield - Air line clips NOTE: in most situations when a new compressor is needed, the compressor as a separate part is the correct repair, and the assembly would not be required.

SI-eVT Transmission - China Variant & 9 inertia ring bolts For SI-eVT Transmission ONLY: Replace the nine (9) flywheel to damper bolts (68382486AA) when replacing the SI-eVT per TechConnect procedure. SI-eVTs built prior to January 11, 2019 had a 05192374AB level cooler. Using service SI-evT built after Jan 11 2019 with the 05192374AC level cooler requires new 68238385AB inlet hose and 68238386AC outlet hose. The service SI-eVT is shipped with a non-China wiring harness (68241331AC). China market replacement must replace wiring harness with 68368596AA. The China variant 68368596AA wiring harness has an interlock to the electrical charge door.

LATCH, Hood For the following concerns, please verify secondary plunger switch before replacing hood latch with primary switch. Please refer to service information for complete diagnostics of the secondary plunger switch which is located in the left front under hood on RU, MP, and WK/WD and left rear under hood on KL. 1) Electronic Stop Start Message on Cluster or DTC P152F without hood ajar illuminated. 2) KL Hood ajar light is on or unlatched hood due to high closing effort. (KL hood may have a higher closing effort to latch the hood as rubber bumper interference is set purposely high to prevent hood flutter at highway speeds) If stop start message or DTC P152F is present on vehicles without a hood ajar light illuminated, the issue is not related to the primary hood latch switch.

USB playback is choppy. The video system resets or does not function. The remote pairing screen will time out and inform customer the remote(s)have not been paired. Remotes frequently do not pair. Occasional reset Rear screens can be accidently controlled from the radio outside of theparental control feature. Black screen. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC) has been set:B15AD-00 - Lost Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Connection With MediaPort 1. B15AE-00 - Lost Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Connection With MediaPort 2. B15AA-00 - Lost Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Connection With Display1. B15AB-00 - Lost Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) Connection With Display2.Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) DTCs (B15AD00, B15AE00, B15AB00, B15AA00) get falsely set when thevehicle is remote started.
