Error in N112/9 - control unit for telematics services (HERMES). In the HERMES control unit log, under the "URL" tab, the value DEFAULT is stored for "atpServerUrl" and/or "rcsServerUrl". Please carry out a re-commissioning of the control unit N112/9 - Control unit for telematics services (HERMES), which includes both a software update as well as coding. The fault will be rectified by the newly included coding. As a result of the software update to the current software of the control unit N112/9 - Control unit for telematics services (HERMES), this fault will no longer occur in future.

Cause A setting on the iPhone may prevent control via the touchpad Remedy To remedy on the affected iPhone, navigate to "Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Touch" and turn the "BackTap" option OFF.

Complaint No longer possible to adjust the temperature at the "Touchscreen Rear" (part of Rear Business Package, code 224) Cause Software error in the head unit. Remedy Warning: Replacing parts does not solve the problem! A software remedy for the head unit is currently in development. Complaint Sporadic warning message in instrument cluster "Engine oil pressure stop switch off vehicle" (or similar) is shown in red on vehicles with low mileage. Cause Directional control valve may stick. Remedy 1- Read off oil level in instrument cluster and correct if necessary. 2- Perform approx. 10-15 engine starts, then clear fault codes. 3- Perform road test with vehicle. If fault code reoccurs during road test: Install new directional control valve.

If no other complaints exist then check for and perform any available software updates for the following control units: - Motor electronics (N3/10) - Powertrain control unit (N127) - Instrument cluster (A1) If all three control units have the latest software installed and the complaint continues to occur then proceed with replacement of the instrument cluster (A1) Should the complaint re-occur after the instrument cluster has been replaced then open a PTSS case with the following information: - Control units logs for the ME, PTCU, and IC - Initial quick test
LI91.25-P-0713142020-07-27. Service bulletin. SEATS; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. When the dynamic seat is activated, the tensioning straps on the seat backrest frame may creak. The tensioning straps are in contact with the seat backrest frame and as a result, a creaking noise may occur. Apply lubricant (Krytox) between the tensioning strap and the seat backrest frame.
