Japan built vehicles: BDGF-67CK2-B or later suffix. Mexico built vehicles: BDTS-67CK2-A or later suffix. NOTE: The Description for DTC U2050:55-TCU will be added to MGSS. This is caused by a communication error between the TCU, the Connectivity Master Unit (CMU), and the Body Control Module (BCM) when the control software in them are not of the version being ready for activation of connected service. To correct this concern, the control software of the TCU, CMU and BCM have been modified. |

| 09-018-20-3690 | 2020-05-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; VISIBILITY. Some customers may notice white lines appearing across the instrument cluster (as shown below). The white lines may be caused during the production process where poor contact occurs at the internal LCD terminals. |
| 09-017-20-3701 | 2020-05-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience that the door locks may not operate using the touch sensor on the outer door handle while parked in a parking space surrounded by concrete walls, but will operate when using the remote transmitter. This concern may be caused by refraction and/or diffraction of the signal used for the advanced keyless entry system by the steel reinforcement bars in the concrete walls. As a result, the signal will resemble a theft attempt (known as a Relay Attack) and the anti-theft function of the advanced keyless entry system will prohibit door lock operation. To eliminate this concern, the LF control unit software has been modified to reduce the improper detection of the theft attempt. |
| 09-014-20-3700 | 2020-05-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. Some customers may experience Ultrasonic sensor malfunction warning message displayed in the instrument cluster when driving or at a stop. The warning message continues until the ignition is turned off. Upon inspection, one or more of following DTC are detected in the parking assist unit (ultrasonic). This is caused by communication error(s) detected between the parking assist unit and the ultrasonic sensors from incoming electromagnetic noise. To eliminate this concern, the control program of the parking assist unit has been modified to not detect unnecessary communication errors and to stop the warning message as soon as the communication has recovered, even without turning the ignition off. |

It does not mean there is an actual FSC defect. • In some cases the customer may have a concern with the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and/or High Beam Control system (HBC). • In other cases this DTC might be found without a related customer concern. NOTE: Instrument Cluster Multi-Information Display Warning Messages vary depending on vehicle year/model. See the Owner's Manual for details. |
| SA-036-20 | 2020-04-06. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. The owner’s manual contains procedures and precautions for the maintenance and cleaning of plastic parts, like the brand emblem. However, it is still important to remind customers about these precautions. Customers should never use inadequate, harsh or aggressive cleaning products on plastic parts. CAUTION: Be aware that when cleaning the brand emblem, never use cleaning products that are highly acidic/alkaline detergent, organic solvents or those with aggressive chemical products, otherwise, the brand emblem may become cracked and/or deformed (as shown in the example below). Always refer customers to the owner’s manual for proper cleaning using cold or lukewarm water and a mild, neutral detergent. |
