20254492025-09-03. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the connections inside the rearview camera. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display correctly or at all when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Note: For certain models, this recall also affects incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rearview camera.
20223112022-06-13. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the shift cable may detach from the transmission. This could cause the transmission not to shift gears when the shifter is moved. As a result, the transmission could be in a different gear than the gear shifter indicates. If a driver attempts to exit the vehicle while the transmission is not in Park, and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle could move suddenly. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the transmission shifter cable bushing and install a protective service cap. Ford advises that you should apply the parking brake each time the vehicle is parked.
20221512022-03-29. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles, the windshield may not be properly attached. As a result, the glass can become loose and could separate from the vehicle in a crash. Safety Risk: A windshield that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, remove and reinstall the windshield.
20213092021-05-24. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 2.5 L engine and 6F35 (6 speed) transmission. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the transmission shifter cable bushing and install a protective service cap. Ford advises that you should apply the parking brake each time the vehicle is parked.
20202312020-05-27. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the driver and/or front passenger seat belt pretensioner(s) may not work as designed in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt pretensioner that does not work properly in a crash could cause an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford dealer to inspect the production date of the driver and front passenger seat belt assemblies. If the date is within the identified range, the dealer will replace the seat belt assembly.
20202042020-05-11. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles built with a panoramic vista roof, the roof glass may not be properly attached. Over time, the glass can become loose and cause wind noise and water leaks. Eventually, it could separate from the vehicle completely. Safety Risk: A glass roof that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford dealer to remove, clean, and reinstall the panoramic roof glass.
20164322016-09-06. Structure. On certain vehicles, the pawl spring tab in the side door latch could break. This condition typically will prevent the door from latching. In certain situations where the door is able to be closed, the door may be partially latched and could unlatch while driving. This could increase the risk of injury to a vehicle occupant seated next to the door, or result in damage to property. Correction: If a door will not latch, dealers will replace all four door latches with a more robust part. Note: A door that is partially latched can cause the courtesy light to remain on, set a door ajar message in the instrument cluster and sound a door ajar chime to alert the driver that there is a door latch problem.
20163302016-06-28. Brakes. Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 126 - Electronic Stability Control Systems. Certain brake Hydraulic Control Units (HCU) may contain metallic debris, which could reduce pump performance and affect Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and may cause the system fail to meet the requirements of the standard. If metallic debris is present, particles may block a pressure valve in the HCU during operation. This could result in a driver experiencing degraded performance of the ESC and related brake systems without warning, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will remove and replace the brake HCU.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
