For any missing labor operations, claim available new model labor operations or m-time. Refer to this article on the repair order. When replacing the CDF cylinder, the current TSB does not require a complete transmission overhaul or cooler and converter flushing. Ford is currently reviewing the TSB. Monitor OASIS for updates.
TSB 23-20402023-03-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Some 2021-2022 F-150 built on or before 19-May-2022, Mustang Mach-E built on or before 04-May-2022 and 2022 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 13-May-2022 may exhibit various driver assistance system warning messages or inoperative features and/or diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) U3000:49, U3000:89, U2107:68, C1001:54 and/or C1001:78. This may be due to software in the IPMA. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the IPMA to the latest level.
SSM 513232023-02-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Some 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles may experience an Active Air Dam System Fault See Manual warning message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This IPC message should be disregarded. Engineering is currently developing software to remove this message from the vehicle, which is scheduled to be available in March 2023. Continue to follow current Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics for the active air dam system.

Certain 2022 Model Year F-150 and Super Duty Vehicles Exterior Badge Retrofit REASON FOR THIS SUPPLEMENT Service Action: Dealers are to order parts through the SSSC as needed. Claims Preparation And Submission: Causal part number correction. Labor Allowances: Clarification - temporary fender vent badge adjustment is for Super Duty only. DTC B1578:78 may also set after an image processing module A (IPMA) on-demand self test is performed. This may be due to software in the IPMA.
