Service bulletins for the 2022 Ford Bronco

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 513582023-03-04. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may encounter a concern of the A/C working intermittently and DTC P0532 stored in the PCM. If this symptom is exhibited have the technician inspect connector C1062 at the pressure transducer for corrosion and/or terminal fretting. The pins in this connector may be worn creating the intermittent A/C operation. Technicians can perform a wiggle test at this connector to duplicate the issue. If the concern can be duplicated with a wiggle test, replace the pigtail service connector and the pressure transducer sensor and install dielectric grease inside both to prevent reoccurrence.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; EQUIPMENT. 2021-2022 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit an erroneous diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U1A01:93 stored in the telematics control unit (TCU). If this DTC is identified during normal diagnostics, but the vehicle does not exhibit any customer concerns around the TCU operation, clear this DTC and no further repairs are recommended. If the DTC returns after being cleared or if the vehicle exhibits connectivity concerns with the TCU, continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics. If set erroneously, this DTC does not cause any observable concerns or warning messages and does not affect vehicle performance or durability.
