Service bulletins for the 2022 Ford Bronco
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 52333 | 2024-03-20. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE/BCM. Many body control module C (BCMC) warranty return parts are coming back with no trouble found. To verify that the BCMC is at fault prior to replacing, perform the following. First, disconnect the battery then check all BCMC connectors for terminal pushout, pin damage, spread terminals, and corrosion. Refer to Workshop Manual Section 100-00 Wire Terminal Inspection and Replacement. If none found, reconnect the BCMC and battery terminals then recheck functionality. If concern still exists, proceed with BCMC replacement. |

| TSB 23-2135 | 2023-05-24. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE/BCM. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles equipped with a 2.7L or 3.0L EcoBoost engine may exhibit various charging system error messages and/or illuminated charging system indicator displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostics trouble code (DTC) B11DB set within the body control module (BCM). This may be due to coolant contamination into the battery monitor sensor (BMS) from a leaking transmission fluid heater coolant control valve. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to clean the BMS connector and replace the transmission fluid heater coolant control valve. |
| SSM 51166 | 2022-10-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE/BCM. Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a condition of intermittent headlamp operation while the vehicle is OFF and have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1533 stored in the body control module (BCM). This may be due to the internal logic within the headlamp switch. To correct this condition, replace the headlamp switch (service base PN: 11654). Refer Workshop Manual, Section 417-01. |
