90045422024-01-08. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER. Rain Sensor Before replacing the rain sensor during a front windshield replacement inspect the part for part numbers. If you have part numbers; 68507366, 68483780, 68384226 or 68384225, these parts do not utilize a replaceable gel pad, only replace the sensor for a missing or damaged gel pad. For part numbers 68298334, 68298468, 68607452 or 68194700 the gel pad should be replaced during all windshield replacements and can be ordered through MOPAR, complete sensor replacement is not necessary. 21002232023-10-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. K1 Clutch Snap Ring Repair Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation, a technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ? P0731-00 - Gear 1 Shift Incorrect Ratio (This DTC will set during a key cycle and shifting into Drive). Customers may also comment on the following: ? The transmission will not shift into/or out of 1st - 4th gears. 5th and reverse gears are still available. This bulletin involves replacing the K1 clutch drum snap ring and possibly the K1 input shaft drum subassembly.

In addition, the customer may notice one or more of the following conditions: ? **Power Take Off (PTO) disable to high engine oil temperature (DD DP Only).** ? Abrupt gear engagement when transitioning from Park to Drive/Reverse gear state in Power Takeoff (PTO) Mode. ? Vehicle hesitation or surge at low vehicle speeds. ? Engine hesitation when turning steering wheel to end stop. ? Powertrain bump or hesitation around 16-24 kph (10-15 mph) vehicle speed. May be reported as rough or harsh transmission shifting in the same vehicle speed range This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software.
