FRONT DOORS DO NOT LATCH IN COLD WEATHER: At ambient temperatures below freezing one or both front doors may not open when attempting to enter. In some cases after opening they may not correctly latch. A missing seal on the inner Bowden release cable may allow water to enter the cable sheathing and freeze.

M5103172018-11-05. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES. LEFT SPLIT DOOR WON'T UNLATCH. Left split door (tailgate) is not able to be opened. When activating remote control unlock, second button push does not unlatch left split door. Contact-less foot opening (Comfort Access) does not unlatch left split door with second foot motion. Left split door lock dimensions are out of tolerance.
