A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

09-014-222022-05-05. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE; EQUIPMENT. Some vehicles may exhibit that the glass run channel of the front door interferes with the rear door garnish. Since the front door glass run channel is not fixed to the door strongly enough for the following situations, cycles of door operation may result in interference and lead to damage on the seal rubber at the rear door. *When the front door glass is closed, the glass run channel may be forced to move to the B pillar side. *In very hot climates, the glass run channel may expand to the B pillar side. To eliminate this concern, the following 2 phases have been started as a running change: *Phase 1 **Adhesive has been added between the front door glass run channel and the door panel. *Phase 2 **The shape of the front door glass run channel has been changed so as not to make contact with the rear garnish. **The shape of the clip at the rear side of the front door glass run channel has been changed for stronger fixing and the hole at the door panel has been changed accordingly.
09-013-222022-05-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; STRUCTURE. Some customers may complain that the clip on the rear end of the rear beltline molding is loose and the molding is slightly lifted up. Due to the poor shape of the clip claws, the fitting force to the door body may decrease while in use. To eliminate this concern, the clip has been enlarged in the horizontal direction to improve the fitting force against the door body.

SA-020-222022-05-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may complain about the following symptoms occurring when driving without anything ahead (no metallic object reflects the radar wave such as a vehicle ahead, an oncoming vehicle, a road sign or a guard rail). *While using Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC), the MRCC cancels by itself. NOTE: The customer may misinterpret MRCC cancellation as unintended braking. MRCC cancellation feels the same as the steering wheel cancel button being pressed or the brake pedal being tapped. *When MRCC is not in use, "Safety and Driver Support Systems Temporarily Disabled. Front Radar Obscured." message appears in the instrument cluster / "Remove dirt on the front radar sensor" message appears in the center display and related i-ACTIVSENSE functions stop working. This is caused by the front radar (under specific road conditions) detecting a false error as if the radar sensor is dirty, resulting in cancellation of the MRCC. (no metallic object reflects the radar wave such as a vehicle ahead, an oncoming vehicle, a road sign or a guard rail).

SA-006-22a2022-04-06. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL; POWER TRAIN; WHEELS. There have been warranty claims submitted for growling or bearing whine noise in differentials, transfer units and transmissions where the source of the noise was a wheel bearing. This misdiagnosis can lead to multiple repair attempts, warranty debits, and additional inconvenience and/or cost to the customer. To reduce the chance of this occurring, please follow the steps outlined in the repair procedure.
SA-003-22d2022-04-06. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. Mazda3 and CX-30: Prior to February 8, 2022, some vehicles may store DTC U0300:57 (Body control module (BCM) internal malfunction) and cannot be erased after a BCM replacement or MDARS BCM software update (NOT with BCM update for SSPC5 or 4621B using MDRT). This is caused by a BCM-VCM software error. MX-30: Some MX-30 vehicles may store DTC U0300:57 (Body control module (BCM) internal malfunction) and cannot be erased after a BCM replacement or MDARS BCM software update. This is caused by a BCM-VCM software error. Mazda is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. If there is an issue with this concern, Mazda recommends putting customer in a loaner vehicle at this time. *DO NOT perform BCM software update with MDARS until further notice. *This SA will be updated with the newest repair information as it becomes available.

09-011/222022-04-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some vehicles without i-ACTIVSENSE may exhibit that the i-ACTIVSENSE OFF symbol turns on in the instrument cluster after replacing the speedometer. Since vehicles without i-ACTIVSENSE do not have an i-ACTIVSENSE switch, there is no way to clear the i-ACTIVSENSE OFF symbol. This is caused by a communication error between the new speedometer and the vehicle control module (VCM) due to a software level difference.
09-008/222022-04-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; STRUCTURE. Some vehicles may exhibit water leaking into the passenger compartment from the rear door through the bottom of the service hole behind the rear door trim during rain or when washing the vehicle. This is caused by one of the following: *Since the material of the seal rubber is not resistant to surfactants, the rubber deteriorates when the vehicle is washed and allows water to penetrate into the seal rubber of the service hole cover. *The lower tabs of the service hole cover may not have been completely engaged at the factory. To eliminate this concern, the seal material of the service-hole cover has been changed (Japan built Mazda3) and a mass production change will be implemented in the future (Mexico built Mazda3 and CX-30).
09-006/222022-04-05. Service bulletin. LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES; EQUIPMENT; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE AND CAP. NOTE: *The fuel-filler lid does not lock immediately after the doors are locked, but after the time set in the Fuel Door Lock Delay (0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 seconds). *Although the root cause has not been identified, the vehicle should be repaired by adjusting the fuel-filler lid opener cable position when there is a customer complaint.
08-001/222022-04-05. Service bulletin. AIR BAGS; EQUIPMENT. Some vehicles may exhibit that the air bag warning light turns on or repeats cycles of turning on and off with DTC B1126:13 and/or B1127:13 stored in memory. *B1126:13 - Driver-side side air bag module circuit open circuit or resistance high *B1127:13 - Passenger-side side air bag module circuit open circuit or resistance high This issue is caused by one or both of the following: *When the driver or passenger moves, a load is applied to the seat back and the load may cause displacement of the mating terminals in the side air bag module connector, resulting in insufficient contact and higher resistance. *The DTC detection level is too sensitive. To eliminate these concerns: *A modification of the harness is being developed. *The DTC detection level of the SAS control module has been optimized.
01-003/222022-04-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The Mazda DCA-8000 is required for all warranty battery testing. If the Mazda DCA-8000 is not used, incorrect battery testing may result in unnecessary battery replacement. Use the following test procedures in this Service Bulletin to test Mazda vehicle batteries and to generate a Warranty Code.
01-001/22a2022-04-05. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Some vehicles may exhibit an excessive body vibration when idling or driving after being left in extremely cold weather (-20°C/-4°F or below) for a long time. This is caused by the No.1, No. 3 and No. 4 rubber hardening due to material characteristics. NOTE: This concern only happens in extremely cold weather, therefore this TSB is only applicable for extremely cold regions. To eliminate this concern, the cold environment performance of the engine mount rubber has been increased by changing the rubber material.
SA-009-222022-03-04. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:DRIVELINE:DIFFERENTIAL UNIT; POWER TRAIN. The new AWD rear differential DOES NOT come with a breather cap on the rear of the differential, therefore a new one will need to be ordered and installed when replacing the differential. NOTE: The breather threads have a sealant and locking compound that prevents it from being reused. Refer to GEPC for the correct part number of the Differential Breather. The instructions on MGSS will be updated soon to include replacing the breather when replacing the differential with a new unit.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
