Service bulletins for the 2016 Mazda Mazda2
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Some vehicles may have rust on the contact parts between the clips (for attaching the roof molding) and the roof panel (ditches of the roof rail). This is caused by the gap between the roof molding attachment clips and the roof panel not being wide enough to allow paint to be appropriately applied to the roof panel.
