Service bulletins for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 552292026-10-13. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2025-2027 Navigator vehicles equipped with a second row floor console may experience a sliding cover over the cup holders that has become separated. Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution that will enhance the performance of the cup holder slider. This solution is expected to be available by the end of Q1 2027. If the customer is not willing to wait for the enhanced service solution, replacement of the second row floor console cup holder assembly is acceptable. Note that the replacement of the cup holder assembly will have similar performance attributes for the slider as the original cup holder assembly that is being replaced. Should the customer choose to wait for the enhanced service solution, schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available in Q1 2027. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for updates.
