Service bulletins for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

167 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

SSM 550712026-08-11. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. Some 2025-2026 Aviator/Explorer/Expedition/F-150/Mustang Mach-E/Navigator vehicles may exhibit the hands-free BlueCruise feature intermittently/consistently unavailable when BlueCruise is active and when traveling in a "Blue Zone". Speed sign recognition may also be inaccurate. If there are no active relevant diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) present and the issue persists after multiple key cycles and if the BlueCruise System Health Check passes, download and run the "TCU - Reset Telematics Control Unit (TCU) Module" application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). If the condition is resolved, inform customers that this may be a temporary fix and engineering is currently working on a solution expected in Q4 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. For claiming, use causal 14G229 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. If the condition persists after a test drive, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-03B for normal diagnosti
DSMC-25.15 Navigator2026-03-05. Over-the-air update. LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST; VISIBILITY/WIPER; ENGINE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. "Quality improvements include: -Addresses a false Driver Facing Camera signal that may trigger an error message"
SSM 542532025-10-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. Some 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit a condition where the instrument panel cluster (IPC) displays an unexpected Watch the Road warning while using BlueCruise with no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored related to the driver-assist systems. This may be due to the steering column tilt angle, driver seat position (height and backrest angle) and/or the software within the driver status monitor camera (DSMC). Replacing components is not expected to resolve this issue. Optimize driver head position by adjusting the steering column tilt angle and driver seat position (height and backrest angle) to ensure the DSMC (mounted on top of the steering column) has a clear view of the drivers entire face from chin to forehead. The driver must view the IPC display above the steering wheel and not be able to see the IPC display through the openings of the steering wheel from the seated position. Provide both Expedition and Navigator customers with a printout of the Lincoln Navigator Owners Manual page titled, Lincoln BlueCruise > How Does BlueCruise Work. The Expedition Owner's Manual is in process
