Service bulletins for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 551942026-09-30. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EXTERIOR LIGHTING; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2021-2024 Mustang Mach-E, 2025-2026 Navigator and 2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit inoperative welcome/approach detection lights. This may be due to the body control module (BCM) software. To correct the condition, download and run the "BCM - Programmable Module Installation (PMI)" application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the condition persists after PMI, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 for normal diagnostics and repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and labor operations 12651D and BCM.
SSM 549692026-06-29. Service bulletin. ENGINE; EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2025-2026 Navigator vehicles may have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B14E4:55 stored in the body control module (BCM). The rear turn signals may also flash solid rather than sweeping from inside out when activated. This may be due to replacement of the reversing lamp assembly without performing the "BCM-Local Interconnect Network (LIN) New Module Initialization" application. The Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 > Removal and Installation procedure has been updated. Using the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS), download and run the "BCM-Local Interconnect Network (LIN) New Module Initialization" application. Follow the diagnostic scan tool directions to address this concern. For claiming use causal part 13B433 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.

SSM 545362026-02-04. Service bulletin. EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2025-2026 Navigator vehicles may experience condensation buildup within the reversing lamp assembly (rear light bar - service base part number 13A565) when exposed to cold temperatures. Condensation does not affect the function or performance of the reversing lamp assembly. Refer to the Exterior Lighting Concern Analysis GSB (General Service Bulletin) to determine if replacement is recommended. If lamp condensation levels do not meet the GSB condensation lamp replacement criteria (lamp does not exhibit; non-impact related cracks/damage, water streaking down the inside of the lamp or water pooling on the inside bottom of the lamp) reversing lamp assembly replacement is not recommended. New reversing lamp assemblies are not expected to improve condensation performance over the original assemblies on vehicles that do not exhibit replacement criteria symptoms previously mentioned. Engineering is aware of this condition and is investigating a service solution which is expected to be available by October 2026. Schedule an appointment with the customer when the repair is made available. Monitor Profession
