LTB01249NAS22019-02-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. A 'DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) dosing malfunction' and/or 'No Engine Restarts message in XXX miles' message may be displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC). Upon further diagnosis, the technician may find DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) P208A-13 and P208C-11 stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
LTB01204NAS22019-02-19. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. The engine MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) may be illuminated on the Instrument Panel Cluster with DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) P0234-77 stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). DTC P2463-00 and P246B-00 may also be stored.
SSM741892019-02-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. During Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) it may not be possible to activate the Telematics Control Module (TCU) or customers may complain that SOS Limited Functionality is displayed on the Instrument Cluster (IC). Both scenarios will be accompanied with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) U2109-09 (Back up Battery Component Failures) stored in the TCU.
N120NAS22019-02-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. An issue has been identified on certain vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range where if the message 'Service Required' is displayed within the Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module (IPC), the message cannot be cleared and the IPC will continue to display this message at every vehicle start-up.
SSM741762019-02-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. A customer may report one or more Body Control Module (BCM) outputs not functioning. Examples of these may include: Exterior lighting, Interior lighting, Sun roof blinds, Steering Wheel Adjust, Eco stop start etc... One or more of these symptoms may be accompanied by DTC U1000-00 (Solid State Driver Protection Active - Driver Disabled) present in the BCM. If DTC U1000-00 is not present in the BCM do not continue with this SSM. Continue to diagnose and repair the inoperative BCM output as necessary using Topix as a guide.

All or a combination of the following DTC?s may be present in the TCU: B1A56-11 - Antenna - Circuit short to ground (GSM antenna circuit short circuit to ground) B1A56-15 - Antenna - Circuit short to battery or open (GSM antenna circuit short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance) B119F-01 - GPS Antenna - General electrical failure (Global positioning system antenna circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power) B119F-13 - GPS Antenna - Circuit open (Global positioning system antenna circuit open circuit, high resistance) SOS Limited Functionality may affect the TCU's ability to support the ECall function when required by the customer.
SSM741252018-12-17. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). A customer may experience a hesitation or shudder while driving approximately 30-55 mph and at 1400-2000 RPM. The engine speed begins to visibly flutter on the tachometer. This occurs during warm up after a cold start. This hesitation is felt under these conditions while maintaining a constant accelerator pedal position.
SSM741402018-12-17. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE. A customer may report oil leaking from the front of the vehicle, the issue may also be detected during routine servicing or inspections. Upon further investigation oil is found to be leaking from the interface of the PTU and the automatic transmission.
