SSM735872021-03-22. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION. Issue: A customer may report that there is a noticeable temperature difference between the left hand and right hand Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) vents when the temperatures selected on the front integrated control panel are set to the same value. During diagnosis using Pathfinder it may be evident that there are no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) stored in the (HVAC) module.
LTB01108NAS22021-03-15. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION. In response to customer feedback on the performance of the InControl® Touch Pro? system, Jaguar Land Rover has developed a software upgrade designed to enhance/introduce the following features and functions: ? Introduction of text message capability to the InControl® Touch Pro? system. ? Navigation screen supports switching between 'Night' and 'Day' mode. ? User able to synchronize the locations between the InControl Application (ICA) and the vehicle navigation system. ? Improved Bluetooth® connectivity. ? 'Camera System Not Available, Consult Your Dealer' pop-up message displayed when selecting reverse (R). ? Screen blank when restarting the vehicle after an immediate shut-down. ? 'DVD Disc Error' is displayed on the Touchscreen (TS) after a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) is inserted.
SSM736402021-03-15. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION; ENGINE. Issue: Customers driving various Land Rover/Range Rover products manufactured from 14MY onwards have reported a high frequency ?squeak? or ?squeal? noise from the front or rear of their vehicles, observed most noticeably whilst driving over speed bumps or uneven road surfaces. Technicians have resolved the complaints by replacing front or rear anti-roll bar (ARB) bushes. Investigations into returned components by both JLR and component suppliers have not been able to identify causal factors for the original complaint.
LTB01029NAS22018-05-14. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC; AIR BAGS; BACK OVER PREVENTION. A noise from front brake system during light brake pedal application may be evident, mostly from cold start in colder ambient temperatures and typically does not re-occur after the brakes have warmed up.
SSM734212017-12-14. Service bulletin. BACK OVER PREVENTION: CAMERA SYSTEM. Issue: Land Rover has received reports where during diagnosis of the surround camera system the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B12BD-31 "Rear Camera - No Signal" and or U1A4B-49 "Control Module Processor B - Internal Failure" stored in the Image Processing Module B (IPMB). The DTC is a false flagging code that can lead to incorrect diagnosis of any camera related issue reported by the customer.
