Seat Relay For a Jeep Renegade or Fiat 500X ONLY, if the driver's power seat will not move in any axis and the key is in the on position with the door open: 1. Please take a Vehicle Scan Report, taking note of any active or stored DTC's, especially in the Body Control Module (BCM). 2. Before replacing the relay, call Rick Gordon at cell (248) 630-6281. If no answer leave a message and if after 15 minutes, there is no return call, proceed with the repair. 3. BCM - Body Computer For MY15 and MY16 BU vehicles in NAFTA only~ Power Seats INOP & DTC B1062-11 ELECTRIC SEAT-CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND. Issue still present after all troubleshooting instructions were followed ~ Prior to replacing the BCM, check if relays in the PDC are seated properly, but DO NOT replace relays as no issues were found with the relays in the past.~ Take vehicle scan and bus log with the vehicle in RUN and email to Andrew Kravets: andrew.kravets@fcagroup.com before replacing the BCM. ~ Please include a description of the actions taken during troubleshooting.~

Do not replace the simple hinge if it is not damaged it is not the source of the noise. Replacing it unnecessary and is an over-repair.

The customer may describe what appears to be a gap between the Jeep emblem and the liftgate of the vehicle. The Jeep emblem may separate from the liftgate using a high pressure water jet due to insufficient adhesive bond strength.
