NOTE: If the ignition is turned OFF in the middle of a download, it will automatically restart when the ignition is turned back ON. To avoid risk of death or serious personal injury when updating software: • Park the vehicle in a secure, safe, well-ventilated location that is open to the air and apply the parking brake. • Do not allow people who need assistance, children, and pets to be in the vehicles during the software update. When one of the following is selected: Yes: The pop-up is hidden and the download starts in the background. Later: The pop-up is hidden and displayed again in the next key cycle (after cold start). • To manually start the software update, select: Info > System Information > Software Update > Start Software Update |
