A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| PC924 2023 QX60 | 2022-11-07. Service bulletin. CAMPAIGN BULLETIN Sonar Sensor Replacement ***** Retailer Announcement ***** INFINITI is now escalating the temporary hold on 42 specific 2023 INFINITI QX60 vehicles identified in Service Comm to a retailer inventory quality action to replace the four front and four rear sonar sensors. Due to a supplier issue, which has since been corrected, certain vehicles were manufactured and shipped with sonar sensors that could potentially provide the driver with a false alert. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in retailer inventory or assigned and in transit to the retailer. ***** What Retailers Should Do ***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality hold using Service Comm or DBS National Service History – Open Campaigns I.D. PC924 • New vehicles in retailer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). • Refer to IPSB 15-286 for additional information • Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for QA Hold applicability. 2. Please do not drive, loan, rent, sell or trade the specific vehicles in retailer inventory subject to this quality hold. 3. Use the attached procedure to remedy any vehicles affected by this quality action prior to sale. 4. Parts are on restriction and can be ordered via DBS. 5. URGENT: The service department should submit the applicable warranty claim for the action performed as the action is completed so it can be closed on Service Comm, and release the vehicle. |

| ITB16006 | 2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing the front sonar parking sensor for potentially unwanted activation (e.g. sonar activates with no obstacle ahead), inspect the front license plate, front license plate frame and if equipped, the front license plate bracket. See page 2 for example photos. The front sonar parking sensor may activate if: The front license plate is bent outward from its bracket (there is a gap between the license plate and the bracket) OR the front license plate frame is bent or loose and is hanging outward, away from the license plate and/or bracket (there is a gap between the license plate frame and the license plate and/or bracket) OR the bracket is loose and is hanging outward, away from the bumper (there is a gap between the bracket and the bumper). If any of these conditions are found, correct it by removing the gap (straighten the license plate, straighten and/or secure the license plate frame, or secure the bracket, as it applies). - Retest the operation of the front sonar parking sensor. If the issue is not resolved, go to ASIST and the related Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for further diagnosis. See this bulletin for further detail. |
