| 2025449 | 2025-09-03. Visual System. Issue: On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the connections inside the rearview camera. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display correctly or at all when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Note: For certain models, this recall also affects incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rearview camera. |

If a driver attempts to exit the vehicle while the transmission is not in Park, and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle could move suddenly. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could increase the risk of a crash. Ford advises that you should apply the parking brake each time the vehicle is parked. |
| 2021309 | 2021-05-24. Powertrain. Issue: On certain vehicles, the shift cable may detach from the transmission. This could cause the transmission not to shift gears when the shifter is moved. | 2020204 | 2020-05-11. Structure. Issue: On certain vehicles built with a panoramic vista roof, the roof glass may not be properly attached. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford dealer to remove, clean, and reinstall the panoramic roof glass. |
| 2017184 | 2017-03-29. Engine. On certain vehicles equipped with 1.6L GTDI engines, low coolant level could lead to localized overheating of the cylinder head, which could cause a fire. This could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a coolant level sensor and supporting hardware and software. Note: Until repair parts are available, owners should regularly check engine coolant level and top up as necessary. Also note for Fiesta, only the ST model vehicles are affected. |
| 2016432 | 2016-09-06. Structure. On certain vehicles, the pawl spring tab in the side door latch could break. This condition typically will prevent the door from latching. In certain situations where the door is able to be closed, the door may be partially latched and could unlatch while driving. This could increase the risk of injury to a vehicle occupant seated next to the door, or result in damage to property. Correction: If a door will not latch, dealers will replace all four door latches with a more robust part. Note: A door that is partially latched can cause the courtesy light to remain on, set a door ajar message in the instrument cluster and sound a door ajar chime to alert the driver that there is a door latch problem. |

Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101 - Location and Identification of Controls and Displays. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the instrument cluster. |
