Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford F-150
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54728 | 2026-04-14. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2025-2026 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an intermittent or constant no audio/no volume condition and/or the inability to change SiriusXM® channels using presets. This may be due to the software in the audio control module (ACM). To correct the condition, reprogram the ACM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. |

| SSM 54720 | 2026-04-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION. Various 2020-2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern. |
| SSM 54684 | 2026-04-06. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2025-2026 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an intermittent or constant no audio/no volume condition and/or the inability to change SiriusXM channels using presets. This may be due to the software in the audio control module (ACM). To correct the condition, reprogram the ACM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). |

| TSB 26-2130 | 2026-03-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; POWER TRAIN. This article supersedes TSB 25-2246 to update the Service Procedure and add Step 2 to verify the EVAP system integrity after the coordinated software updates. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2450 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software in the PCM. |
| SSM 54635 | 2026-03-11. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2024-2025 Mustang Mach-E/F-150 vehicles may exhibit a crackling noise from speakers during phone calls when using wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto. This may be due to wireless interference. To isolate the wireless interference as a possible cause, turn off the wireless projection application in SYNC Connectivity settings in the vehicle's center touch screen and connect the phone through universal serial bus (USB) cable. If the call quality issue through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is addressed, this confirms that wireless projection was the cause. Engineering is aware of this condition and working on a software solution expected at the end of Q4 2026. As a temporary solution, customers can connect their phones with a USB cable. Reprogramming or replacement of any modules will not correct the condition. Use the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the OASIS report to submit a vehicle concern report if the wireless projection is found to be the cause of the condition. |

Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with wired keyless entry keypad systems and accessory wireless keyless entry keypad systems may or may not come with a wallet card containing the master code. Unlike the integrated wired keypad, the accessory wireless keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool or from the label printed on the body control module (BCM). The Factory Keyless Entry Code application within the diagnostic scan tool will not provide an applicable master code for the accessory wireless keypad. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is not available, the "Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide" can be referenced and provides direction on how to retrieve the master code. This guide is located under the Workshop Manual tab > Accessories > Installation > Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide > PPT C > Step C2.<br /><br /> Note: The only available keypad for some vehicles from the assembly plant is the accessory wireless keyless entry keypad. The integrated wired keypad cannot be installed on vehicles not equipped from the factory with a wired keyless entry k |

The vehicle may also exhibit a clicking noise from the trailer module (TRM) while the vehicle is off. This may be due to software in the TRM.<br /><br /> Verify the TRM software part number in the vehicle using Ford diagnosis and repair system (FDRS) to be PC3T-19J297-BF, PC3T-19J297-FF, ML3T-19J297-CD or ML3T-19J297-GD. The lack of illumination around the USB ports is not a defect or fault and the replacement of any parts is not a warrantable repair. Confirm media hub operation by plugging a device into the USB port and confirm it connects to the vehicles entertainment system and charges the device. The media hub provides increased charging compared to prior model years. Do not submit a claim for this condition. |
