Service bulletins for the 2022 Ford F-150
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54503 | 2026-01-21. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2025 F-150, 2022-2025 Expedition/Navigator, 2023-2026 F-Super Duty, 2024-2025 Ranger and 2026 Transit vehicles may exhibit a discharged battery and/or a no crank/no start condition. The vehicle may also exhibit a clicking noise from the trailer module (TRM) while the vehicle is off. This may be due to software in the TRM.<br /><br />Verify the TRM software part number in the vehicle using Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) to be PC3T-19J297-BF, PC3T-19J297-FF, ML3T-19J297-CD or ML3T-19J297-GD. To confirm a vehicle is equipped with a certain software level, review the software information by hovering over the "Diagnostics" tab in Professional Technician System (PTS) and selecting "Vehicle Software". If one of the listed software part numbers is present, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TRM. For vehicles with any other software part number in the TRM, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 414-01 to continue with normal diagnostics outside of this article. For claiming, use causal part 19H332 and labor operation 12651D and 12651D4 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Man |

| TSB 25-2612 | 2026-01-06. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. This article supersedes TSB 25-2513 to update the service procedure and add 2025 affected vehicles. Some vehicles in the Model section above may exhibit an intermittent grinding/hum/rumble noise from the front wheel area while in 2WD that goes away when the vehicle is put into 4WD. These vehicles will also have no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the transfer case control module (TCCM). This may be due to incomplete disengagement of the integrated wheel end (IWE) actuator assemblies. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). Additional Model Information: equipped with an ESOF transfer case (minor feature code FMLAS) |

Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * Harsh engagement * Delayed engagement * Harsh shift * Delayed shift * Illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0751, P0752, P0756, P0757, P0761, P0762, P0766, P0767, P0771, P0772, P2700, P2701, P2702, P2703, P2704, P2705, P2707, P2708, P0729, P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0735, P0736, P076F, P07D9, P07F6 and/or P07F7 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM). This may be due to PCM software and/or axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve causing hydraulic circuit leaks. NOTE: If internal transmission service is required to address a concern detected with the CDF clutch cylinder following this article, technicians should carefully inspect and replace other transmission components and flush transmission fluid cooler only as necessary to confirm proper function. Add a new line to the repair order to document any additional repairs |
| TSB 25-2579 | 2025-12-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. This article supersedes TSB 25-2276 to update the Service Procedure to include information where to find connector/pin location in wiring diagram and WSM info to perform PMI and TRON for GSM replacement. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above equipped with a console GSM may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * Clicking sound coming from shifter after it is placed and kept in reverse, neutral or drive position (2024 only) * Shifter stuck in park * Shifter will not shift into park * Shifter will not shift out of gear * Shifter will not stow/unstow * Shifter will move past the park position * Loose shifter lever arm at pivot * Illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with active DTC P0929:77, P0929:00, P0929:07 and/or P0929:9A stored in the GSM This may be due to the GSM. | TSB 25-2569 | 2025-12-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with DTCs P0301-P0306, P0201-P0206 and/or various other powertrain DTCs stored in the PCM. This may be due to the engine harness contacting the hose crimp end or spring clamp tangs on the exhaust heat exchanger heater hose assembly. |
| SSM 54401 | 2025-12-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2021-2025 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a stuck in park condition with no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). This may be due to connector C211 pin push out on circuit CCB61 or an open on circuit CCB61 between the antilock brake system (ABS) module and the body control module (BCM). Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-05 Automatic Transmission External Controls > Diagnosis and Testing > External Controls - Pinpoint Test for "Stuck In Park" has been updated with improved diagnostics. Refer to revised WSM sections for normal diagnosis. |
| SSM 54392 | 2025-12-01. Service bulletin. ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. This may be due to the wastegate actuator rod being disconnected. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-04 Fuel Charging and Controls > Turbocharger has been added to address this condition to allow servicing of the turbocharger actuator rod. In addition, the wastegate actuator rod and associated retention springs and clips have been released as lower level components to complete the repair without replacing the entire turbocharger actuator assembly. |
| TSB 25-2513 | 2025-11-13. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. This article supersedes TSB 24-2189 to update the service procedure and add 2025 affected vehicles. Some 2021-2025 F-150 non-Raptor vehicles equipped with an ESOF transfer case (minor feature code FMLAS) may exhibit an intermittent grinding/hum/rumble noise from the front wheel area while in 2WD that goes away when the vehicle is put into 4WD. These vehicles will also have no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the transfer case control module (TCCM). To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to incomplete disengagement of the integrated wheel end (IWE) actuator assemblies. |
