| TSB 25-2276 | 2025-06-24. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES; POWER TRAIN. This article supersedes TSB 25-2045 to update the production fix date and add model years. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above equipped with a console gear shift module (GSM) may exhibit at least one of the following conditions: * Clicking sound coming from shifter after it is placed and kept in reverse, neutral or drive position (2024 only) * Shifter will not shift out of park/into park * Shifter will not shift out of gear * Shifter will not stow/unstow * Shifter will move past the park position * Loose shifter lever arm at pivot * Illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator * DTC P0929:77, P0929:00, P0929:07 and/or P0929:9A This may be due to a faulty GSM and/or connector C211 pin push out on circuit CCB61 or an open on circuit CCB61, between the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module and the body control module (BCM). Note: If the gear shifter lever will not shift into park, the transmission will automatically shift into park when the return to park function is triggered. |
| SSM 53878 | 2025-06-11. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2025 Expedition/Navigator and 2021-2025 F-150 non-Lightning/non-PowerBoost vehicles may exhibit a rattle/scraping noise from the bellhousing area on start-up. This may be due to the torque converter studs contacting the engine to transmission spacer plate (separator plate). To correct this condition, inspect the engine to transmission spacer plate and torque converter studs for wear/damage. If wear/damage is found, replacement of the torque converter is not necessary. Replace only the engine to transmission spacer plate. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 303-01 > Engine to Transmission Spacer Plate for full spacer plate removal and installation. When reinstalling the starter motor, make sure the starter is flush with the engine to transmission spacer plate prior to tightening the studbolts. Failure to do so may result in damaging the newly installed engine to transmission spacer plate. |

This may be due to axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve causing hydraulic circuit leaks. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to verify hydraulic circuit leakage and replace the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) if necessary. |
| TSB 24-2253 | 2024-09-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2024 F-150 non-Lightning vehicles may exhibit a condition where the SelectShift®/SelectShift transmission will downshift to a lower gear when in drive (D) and shifting to a higher gear will be unavailable in the IPC. Downshifting may continue, when safe entry conditions are met for each gear, and the IPC display will show the available gears counting down one by one as the vehicles' speed and engine rpm decreases. This may be due to a chafed wire harness in the SelectShift® +/- circuit. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to repair the circuit. |
| TSB 24-2252 | 2024-09-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2020-2023 Explorer/Aviator and 2021-2023 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 10R80 MHT transmission may exhibit harsh/delayed engagements and/or harsh/delayed shifts, an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P0751, P0752, P0756, P0757, P0761, P0762, P0766, P0767, P0771, P0772, P2700, P2701, P2702, P2703, P2704, P2705, P2707, P2708, P0729, P0731, P0732, P0733, P0734, P0735, P0736, P076F, P07D9, P07F6 and/or P07F7 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM). This may be due to the software in the powertrain control module (PCM) or transmission control module (TCM), the transmission solenoid ID strategy, sticking valves in the main control valve body and/or axial movement of the CDF clutch cylinder (7H351) sleeve. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to identify and correct the condition. |
| TSB 24-2189 | 2024-07-01. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2024 F-150 non-Raptor vehicles equipped with 4WD and ESOF transfer case (minor feature code FMLAS) may exhibit an intermittent grinding/hum/rumble noise from the front wheel area while in 2WD that goes away when the vehicle is put into 4WD. These vehicles will also have no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the transfer case control module (TCCM). To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to incomplete disengagement of the integrated wheel end (IWE) actuator assemblies. To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace IWE actuator assemblies |
| SSM 52610 | 2024-06-11. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some 2021-2024 F-150 and 2023-2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine may exhibit a rattle/scraping noise from the bellhousing area on start-up. If wear/damage is found, replace the engine-to-transmission spacer plate. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 303-01 Engine - 3.5L EcoBoost (BM), Removal and Installation, Crankshaft Rear Seal. When reinstalling the starter motor, make sure the starter is flush with the engine-to-transmission spacer plate prior to tightening the studbolts. Failure to do so may result in damaging the newly installed engine-to-transmission spacer plate. |
| SSM 52548 | 2024-05-23. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Various vehicles equiped with 10R80/10R80 MHT/10R100/10R140 transmissions may require replacement of the seal kits (7153) when internal repairs are being performed. These kits come with 4 wheel drive (4WD) seals and will no longer include the 2WD seals. When working on a 2WD vehicle, any 2WD seals must be ordered separately. Refer to the parts catalog for the proper 2WD seals required. |

| SSM 52314 | 2024-03-20. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. During service and repair requiring removal and replacement of a crankshaft bolt and/or crankshaft damper, achieving proper torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt is critical. Incorrect torque may allow the bolt to loosen resulting in the timing gear breaking and engine damage. Replacement of the bolt is critical to the repair and accurately following the installation procedure in the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section, 303-01 is extremely important. The bolt torque procedure can be found in the crankshaft front seal removal and installation procedure or in the engine assembly procedure. |
