A small number of customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and/or one of the following conditions. Upon further investigation, a technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) stored in the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module memory: NOTE: The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is caused by a calibration in the PCM that is in conflict with the ABS Module programming. The new software flash will correct this issue. · C121C-00 - Torque Request Signal Denied. |

Before performing a repair procedure for a "Service Shifter" complaint, please check the Transmission Control Module (TCM) software. As per TSB 21-027-17 Rev. A (or later version), if the TCM software is not the latest, do not replace the rotary shifter. Perform the TCM repair procedure that is called out in TSB 21-027-17 Rev. A (or later version). If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter. |

Using service SI-evT built after Jan 11 2019 with the 05192374AC level cooler requires new 68238385AB inlet hose and 68238386AC outlet hose. The service SI-eVT is shipped with a non-China wiring harness (68241331AC). China market replacement must replace wiring harness with 68368596AA. The China variant 68368596AA wiring harness has an interlock to the electrical charge door. |
