Technician will need to perform a scan for Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Technician will need to follow published Service Information diagnostics if there are Diagnostic Trouble Codes present. If the concern is and intermittent this Preliminary Information communication will be updated with a repair. When the personalization selections are not missing from the Comfort and Convenience menu but they are missing from other menus such as the Climate and Air Quality, Collision/Detection Systems, and Lighting menus, refer to bulletin 17-NA-086. Memory seat adjustments may not be available tech will need to perform a Memory Seat Module replacement/programming.

PIT5606A2018-05-21. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. This Preliminary information communicates an Intermittent No Crank, No Start, or Reduced Power loss of data multiple U codes or Intermittent Power Door Locks inoperative. Inspect harness for chaffed by the I-shaft at the base of the steering column. If chaffed, repair damaged wires and zip tie the harness away from the I-shaft. Also Inspect the HVAC drain hose is properly routed and not plugged.
GCUS-3-6312018-05-07. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN. 45250 - Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the shift knob may become detached from the shifter. If this occurs, and the electrical connection is not made, the vehicle provides a ?Service Transmission? driver information center warning message, and also sets numerous diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) including, but not limited to: P07B4, P07BA, U156D, P17A4, P17A8, and P17A9. Dealers are to inspect and verify the transmission control lever knob is installed correctly and clear all DTCs.

This technical bulletin provides a procedure to clear the codes and re-evaluate the XM radio channels to correct a condition of audio muting when listening to some Sirius XM channels but if they change channels they will find others that experience normal audio. This could be due to interference from transmitting sources outside of Sirius XM?s frequency range.
