Service bulletins for the 2022 Rivian R1T

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

RCA-46-22-001-12022-08-05. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION:FRONT:CONTROL ARM; STRUCTURE; EQUIPMENT; SUSPENSION:FRONT. Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with front upper control arm bolt pass through holes in the shock tower that are larger than necessary. This could lead to premature wear of the control arm bushings, causing minor changes to vehicle suspension alignment. Rivian will inspect the front upper control arm bushings for wear and install washers on the front shock towers to better support the bushings. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
