Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) displays incorrect audio source. ? Radio is slow to respond. ? Trailer tire pressure configurations deleted. ? Steering wheel controls skipping SXMT channels. ? Recent calls not displayed. ? Phone audio playing with ignition off. The following improvements are also included with this update: ? Apple CarPlayT and Android AutoT improvements. ? Voice Recognition (VR) command improvements. ? Uconnect phone improvements. ? FOTA improvements. ? Passenger screen camera app improvements. ? Icon size/layout improvements. This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio software will be updated from S24.13 or S24.18 to S26.17. NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin November 25, 2022.

If you have part numbers; 68507366, 68483780, 68384226 or 68384225, these parts do not utilize a replaceable gel pad, only replace the sensor for a missing or damaged gel pad. For part numbers 68298334, 68298468, 68607452 or 68194700 the gel pad should be replaced during all windshield replacements and can be ordered through MOPAR, complete sensor replacement is not necessary. Upon further investigation, a technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ? P0731-00 - Gear 1 Shift Incorrect Ratio (This DTC will set during a key cycle and shifting into Drive). Customers may also comment on the following: ? The transmission will not shift into/or out of 1st - 4th gears. 5th and reverse gears are still available. This bulletin involves replacing the K1 clutch drum snap ring and possibly the K1 input shaft drum subassembly.
