A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following: Low battery condition due to the radio remaining powered up after the ignition has been turned off (U.S Markets Only). The Radio may switch from SiriusXM to an AM station by itself. Uconnect registration always present, can not remove Uconnect account. Teleprompter does not appear when pressing the Voice Recognition (VR) button. VR operation cancels while in media mode. Radio may display previous cameras image before displaying the current image. Part Description: Mirror, Outside Rearview Issue Description: Prior to replacing this part for being loose at the head or pivot, perform the following reset procedure. Using the mirror?s push button on the driver switch panel power fold close and open mirror. If the loose condition exists after performing the reset procedure three times, then replace the mirror as required to fix the vehicle. Inform customer that the intended use of the power fold mirrors is by pushing the button to fold and unfold the mirrors. Please educate the customer of the proper operation of the power folding mirrors.

A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following:Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4).
