Flash: RA3/RA4 Radio Software Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and, if required, updating the radio software. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following: · **Poor or no connection to cellular network (U.S. market only). · HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL vehicles).** · Intermittently blind spot chime will not turn off (KL vehicles only). · Enable High Definition (HD) feature (RA4 radios located in Canada and Mexico). · Low battery condition due to the radio remaining powered up after the ignition has been turned off (U.S Markets Only). · The Radio may switch from SiriusXM to an AM station by itself. · Uconnect registration always present, can not remove Uconnect account. · Teleprompter does not appear when pressing the Voice Recognition (VR) button. · VR operation cancels while in media mode. · Radio may display previous image before displaying the current image. · Navigation lost vehicle position during route calculation. · Navigation displays are missing after vehicle heading changes. · Navigation giving incorrect guidance to exit the highway. · FM audio may switch to AM after ignition cycle. · Text messages appear as sender?s phone number not their name. Part Description: Mirror, Outside Rearview Issue Description: Prior to replacing this part for being loose at the head or pivot, perform the following reset procedure. Using the mirror?s push button on the driver switch panel power fold close and open mirror. If the loose condition exists after performing the reset procedure three times, then replace the mirror as required to fix the vehicle. Inform customer that the intended use of the power fold mirrors is by pushing the button to fold and unfold the mirrors. Please educate the customer of the proper operation of the power folding mirrors.

A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following:Navigation failed message is displayed (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). The clock not automatically updating to local time (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Poor or no connection to cellular network (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). HVAC temperature out of sync with radio display (KL with RG3 and RG4). Some Uconnect App remote commands do not execute with the vehicle. Display goes blank/black (WK and KL with RG3 and RG4). Cyrillic keyboard is missing in phone book (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). Wrong speed limit on NAV speed camera indication (WK and KL with RG3 or RG4). 5RR541XRA2022-08-22. Service bulletin. Power Fold Rearview Mirror Prior to replacing this part for a loose mirror, please first follow this procedure to reset the pivot mechanism. Move the mirror to its full forward position and then to full retract position using the power fold mirror button located on drivers side door panel. Perform this procedure three times. If this doesn't resolve the issue, then repair as necessary.~ Note: 1- The looseness of power fold mirror does not necessary indicate a defective mirror, it may be caused by folding it manually rather than using the power fold feature. If the mirror is adjusted manually out of the proper detent, always use the button to adjust it back into sync.~ 2- The intended use of the power fold mirrors is by pushing the button to fold and unfold the mirror. Only manually fold the mirrors when absolutely necessary.~ 3- In the circumstance where the left hand mirror and right hand mirror are in different positions, it may take up to three cycles (bottom pushes) to re-sync the mirrors together.
08-104-142022-08-22. Service bulletin. RA2 And RJ2 Radio Software Enhancements This bulletin involves updating the radio's software. A customer may have experience one or more of the following: Backup camera screen may have static lines and/or shutters. The backup display may flash the previous image before displaying the current image. Can?t cancel compass calibration. When in compass calibration and the browse/enter button is pressed, Compass Calibration Failed will be displayed. Incorrect blind spot chime. After the audio was muted, audio doesn?t resume using Voice Recognition (VR). Information from disconnected USB flash drive is still displayed on the radio. VR session may not cancel using steering wheel switches. Back button on Integrate Center Stack (ICS) may not work at times. AM/FM is still audible when USB flash drive is plugged in. Radio screen may be black when powered up. When using steering wheel controls, the radio presets with start at preset 2 instead of preset 1. Unintentionally changing AM/FM stations when trying to scroll up or down a song list. This happens when a USB or Phone is plugged into the USB port.Improvements: iPhone functionality improvement to play music after ending calls. When SD card is used, phone lists will be properly displayed. New feature will not allow changes to settings in accessory mode.
08-096-142022-08-22. Service bulletin. Uconnect Access Buttons On The Rear View Mirror Are Inoperative This bulletin involves reconfiguring the vehicle for proper Uconnect Access operation. The customer may notice that the Uconnect Access feature is inoperative. Pressing either button (Assist or 9-1-1) on the rear view mirror will not activate that feature.
