Trans Pan or Gasket If your repair requires replacing one of the two part numbers for a leak, prior to the repair please call Enzo Piazza at cell (248) 467-9163. If you cannot reach Enzo within 15 minutes proceed with the repair. Enzo needs to know the location of the leak, if the bolts were torqued, if there is sealer skip, or anything that may be pertinent to the cause of the leak. If unable to reach after 15 minutes record the following information and proceed with oil pump replacement and hold part for return to FCA via Fastrack system
90033572018-06-04. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. 90036382017-11-03. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM:EMISSION CONTROL:GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE (EGR VALVE). Fuel Tank Issue Description: Ram 1500 built between 7/1/16 and 8/15/16 with concern of "hard to fill" or "premature shut off", please remove the Canister line and Recirculation Line and retest. If the condition continues, tank replacement may be required. Please reference the proper diagnostic materials. Answers to the following questions can assist Engineering in their quality improvements: 1) At what level of fuel in the Tank does the Hard to Fill condition exist? 2) When did the customer start experiencing Hard to Fill condition? 3) Did the condition exist in a particular fuel station? If tank replacement is needed, please contact Sylvia Lopez at Cell (248) 520-9734 prior to replacing the Tank. She will help arrange shipment of the tank back to the Quality Engineering Center. If no response within 15 minutes proceed with repairs
90036332017-11-03. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. Water Pump Dealers are replacing water pumps because of a coolant leak. Water pumps are found TNF but the water pump bypass o-ring was pinched resulting in a coolant leak that looks like a failed pump. Please inspect the bypass o-ring before replacing the pump as it is available separate for service.

Intake Manifold Gasket Intake Manifold Gaskets on Pentastar Upgrade (Sales Code ERC/ERF) are reusable provided they are not cut, torn or melted. The gaskets are not required by warranty to be replaced like they are on Pentastar Classic (ERB/EHB). The new gaskets are not interchangeable with Pentastar Classic Intake Manifold Gaskets.
