20217882021-12-23. Accessories. Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with the emergency calling (eCall) system, there may be a software problem with the communications module. As a result, the emergency call feature may not work properly when there is a crash or when the SOS button is pressed. Safety Risk: If the emergency call system does not work in an emergency situation, there could be a delay in response from emergency services. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle. If the update cannot be completed successfully, you will be notified to schedule an appointment to have the update performed by a dealer.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
