SA-018-242024-04-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; PARKING BRAKE; WHEELS; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The 7G large platform utilizes a new 8-speed automatic transmission. Due to changes in the parking lock mechanism, which is now hydraulically operated, the neutral range in the transmission can only be achieved if the engine is running (or “Ready-On” for PHEV). With this design, there is no provision to manually engage neutral. This can cause challenges to dealers, customers, or towing providers when a vehicle cannot start and can't move, usually due to a discharged (dead) battery. In the event that a vehicle cannot be started or achieve “ready-on”, wheel dollies must be used to allow the vehicle to be rolled and moved. NOTE: The following procedure is for moving vehicle around the service shop and not for towing purposes. Please reference the owner's manual for towing instructions.

When the accelerator pedal is depressed further, the kick-down switch is activated and a click is felt. The driver can control the kick-down by knowing the amount of accelerator depression. An electrical signal is not transmitted by the kick-down switch turning on/off.
09-009-242024-03-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience that after VCM reprogramming (such as with TSB 15-002/23), the driver recognition information (of the Driver Personalization System) is not displayed in the center display in some situations. This is caused by improper control software of the Vehicle Control Module (VCM). To eliminate this concern, the control software of the VCM has been modified.
07-002-242024-03-05. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some customers may experience that the air conditioning system stops working. Upon inspection, DTC B1082:19 [DASH_ESU] (Air mix actuator (RH) circuit malfunction) is stored in memory. DTC B1082:19 is stored as a past malfunction and continues in one drive cycle, then returns normal at the next drive cycle. Due to the electrical noise caused when the air mix actuator is driven too quickly, a false malfunction may be detected. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the dash-electrical supply unit has been modified.
09-005-242024-02-01. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some customers may experience that the passenger-side outer door mirror glass tilts down when unlocking and opening the driver's door. This is caused by a door-electrical supply unit malfunction due to changes in the vehicle power conditions. Alternatively, after the passenger-side door mirror tilts down in response to reversing, it does not return to its original position even when the reverse is disengaged. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the door-electrical supply unit (passenger's side) has been modified.
