The customer may describe the following:Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) warnings for the Forward Collision Warning (FCW) informing the driver to apply the brakes. The following software enhancements are also available:Allows customers to turn off the FCW indefinitely, rather than resetting to ?ON? at each key cycle(South Korea only). System improvements to enhance the FCW system hazard detection which may reduce nuisance actions and warnings from incorrectly identified structures and hazards, which can in rare circumstances cause an unwarranted brake event.

The customer may describe one or more of the following:Steering wander. Vehicle has a lead/pull to the right or left.The lead/pull will be more noticeable in hot ambient temperatures. Steering feels like it has excess play.This service bulletin repair will NOT correct a sustain steering shake, shimmy or vibration. If this repair is performed on a vehicle with those symptoms, that will cause a dissatisfied customer and a repeat visit to the dealer.
