Service bulletins for the 2021 Infiniti QX80
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Wireless Apple CarPlay® Update Voluntary Service Campaign ***** Campaign Summary ***** INFINITI is continuing to conduct a Client Service Initiative (CSI) on certain specific model year 2020-2021 QX80 vehicles that were previously included and subsequently removed and suspended from the initiative under PC839. The previous software update did not fully address the intended concerns. INFINITI is launching a new CSI that will provide clients with a free Infotainment software update, which includes Wireless Apple CarPlay®. The CSI will be available until June 30, 2022. The update will bring the vehicle’s software to current production level, improve system overall performance, and enable client’s use of Apple CarPlay® wirelessly. For more information on Apple CarPlay®, please refer to: INFINITI Apple CarPlay® Features & FAQs INFINITI’s InTouch system is designed to improve the driving experience. Certain Model Year 2020 and 2021 INFINITI vehicles are already equipped with Apple CarPlay® to enhance iPhone users’ experience with iOS13 and later, but they currently require a USB cord connection to an iPhone to use.
