A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

(AHM) is investigating certain 2016-2017 Pilot Tourings or Elites with a customer complaint of a no auto re-start condition after going into an auto idle stop. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
