A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 51829 | 2023-08-14. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT; VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES. Some F-Super Duty and F-150 vehicles equipped with trailer tow mirror may exhibit various exterior rear view mirror functional concerns that require replacement after diagnosis. To properly determine if the defect is warrantable, cleaning and close inspection of the affected mirror may be required. To aid in proper warranty determination, the Rear-View Mirror Analysis general service bulletin (GSB) has been updated with a detailed cleaning procedure that should be followed prior to any inspection. New labor operations (17682ZZ or 17682ZZT) have been created that covers the cleaning and inspection process and may be used even if condition of failure is non-warrantable. Ford has inspected numerous returned parts and determined many cases are caused by damage which is unwarrantable and may be subject to chargeback. Refer to the latest version of the GSB on OASIS. |

| SSM 51265 | 2023-01-06. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES:EXTERIOR; EQUIPMENT. Some vehicles equipped with power folding mirrors may exhibit power folding mirrors that are inoperative or exhibit a clicking sound. This may be due to the mirrors being manually folded in, during transportation, going through a car wash, bumped in a parking lot, or found during pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Prior to the replacement of any components, attempt to synchronize the mirrors by following the Power Mirrors Synchronization procedure. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-09 Rear View Mirrors - General Procedures - Power Mirrors Synchronization. |
| TSB 22-2349 | 2022-09-23. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY; STRUCTURE. This article supersedes TSB 22-2095 to update the vehicles affected. Some 2021-2022 F-150 and F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a B and O audio system may exhibit the rear window glass sliding panel rattling when in the open position and music is playing. This may be due to a low amount of seal extrusion pressure provided by the rear window glass sliding rail and/or the rear window glass sliding panel defroster wire harness vibrating between the two panels of glass. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to install the rear window glass sliding panel service kit. |
| SSM 50937 | 2022-07-20. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER; VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM. Some 2015-2022 F-150, 2017-2022 F-Super Duty and 2018-2022 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit poor air conditioning (A/C) performance. Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostic procedures have been updated to more accurately diagnose A/C performance concerns. Refer to the updated Diagnosis and Testing, and General Procedure in the WSM, Section 412-00 Climate Control System for diagnostic procedures |
| TSB 21-2292 | 2021-09-30. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL; STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS. Some 2015-2021 F-150, 2017-2021 F-Super Duty and 2018-2021 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a vista roof opening panel may exhibit a binding/sticking, glass stuck open or closed, noisy operation including chatter, rattling, or grinding. This may be due to the glass panel brackets cracking and/or breaking apart. The glass panel brackets are serviceable separately from the frame assembly and require the roof opening panel glass to be moved to the vent position. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the roof opening panel glass brackets |
