Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford F-150
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| TSB 25-2201 | 2025-05-21. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls, not opening all the way and/or bouncing back when using the one-touch close function. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the driver door module (DDM) and/or passenger door module (PDM). |
|---|---|
| SSM 53764 | 2025-05-21. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ENGINE. Some 2020 Continental, 2020-2024 Edge/Nautilus, 2020-2025 Explorer/Aviator/Escape/Corsair/F-150/F-Super Duty/Ranger/Transit/E-Series, 2021-2025 Bronco, and 2022-2025 Maverick vehicles may require an engine cooling system flush to be performed for various concerns. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-03 has been updated to eliminate the need to remove and install the radiator assembly to perform a radiator flush. |
| TSB 25-2165 | 2025-05-14. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P2450 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the software level of the PCM. |
| SSM 53759 | 2025-05-13. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. After replacement of any TRON module, the gateway module (GWM) and the TRON capable modules can set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U211A, U211B, U211C, U3034, U3035, U3036, U35D9, U35DA and/or U35DB if the secret authentication security keys are not aligned between the modules, a loss of communication is occurring between modules and/or a module is not responding. This may be a result of missing the new module secret authentication security key obtained when running the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure after replacement. When replacing a TRON capable module, run the FDRS "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure in the GWM tool box, not in the toolbox of the module with the DTC's, to distribute a new set of secret authentication security keys to all TRON-capable modules. Using the specific vehicle identification number (VIN), refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 418-00 and 418-01 for updated DTCs, applicable TRON module listings and pinpoint tests. |
| OTAECG-25.2.7.6F-150BEV | 2025-05-05. Over-the-air update. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. "Quality improvements include: -Addresses key off load battery drain caused by a bug that created a conflict when the Software Update Manager was sending an uninterruptible update to the Body Control Module." |
| SSM 53683 | 2025-05-01. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2025 F-150/Expedition/Navigator/Bronco/Ranger vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3012:68 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module with a soft brake pedal following vehicle start-up with various brake system illuminated warning lamps and/or brake-related messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may be due to a controller area network (CAN) communication concern within the ABS module. Replacement of the ABS module will not resolve this condition. To resolve this condition, place the vehicle in park. Disengage the park brake. Turn the vehicle off. Close all doors and liftgate/tailgate. Allow the vehicle to sit for 5 minutes to allow all vehicle modules to power down. Restart the vehicle. Verify brake functionality and clear any DTCs. Pressing unlock/lock button on the key fob, opening the doors/liftgate/tailgate or keeping the key fob within 30 ft (8 meters) of the vehicle can prevent the modules from powering down completely. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition |
| TSB 25-2174 | 2025-04-30. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some of the vehicles listed in the model statement with approximately 1,000 miles (1600 km) or less on the odometer, may exhibit an intermittent momentary moan noise with an associated vibration when traveling an uphill grade at 50-70 mph (80-112 km/h), while the throttle pedal is slightly depressed (throttle tip-in) without shifting. The vibration may be felt through the accelerator pedal, through the driver's side floor of the vehicle and the steering wheel that lasts for 1-2 seconds. This may be due to momentary excessive slip of the torque converter lock up clutch within the front hybrid drive unit. |
| SSM 53638 | 2025-04-16. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. After replacement of any TRON module, the gateway module (GWM) and the TRON capable modules can set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U211A, U211B, U211C, U3034, U3035, U3036, U35D9, U35DA and/or U35DB if the secret authentication security keys are not aligned between the modules, a loss of communication is occuring between modules and/or a module is not responding. This may be a result of missing the new module secret authentication security key obtained when running the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure after replacement. When replacing a TRON capable module, run the FDRS "Trusted Real-Time Operation Network (TRON) Module Authentication" procedure to distribute a new set of secret authentication security keys to all TRON-capable modules. Using the specific VIN, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 418-00 and 418-01 for updated DTCs, applicable TRON module listings and pinpoint tests. |
| SSM 53602 | 2025-04-16. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2022-2025 Ford or Lincoln vehicles may exhibit DTCs B142E:78, B1432:78, and/or B1433:54 diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the CCM. This may be due to non-factory sized tires that may cause inaccurate speedometer readings that can impact the functionality of the CCM. When a vehicle is modified in this manner, replacement or realignment of the CCM may impact the normal operation of the system and/or performance of radar and camera-based features. Repair or replacement of the CCM when a vehicle is equipped with non-factory size tires may not be warrantable and subject to chargeback. |
| TSB 25-2144 | 2025-04-16. Service bulletin. UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit one or more of the following conditions that lead to needing to perform the calibration (alignment) procedure on exhaust tailpipe actuators: * An illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) and an Exhaust mode not available message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P26FE, P2BFB, P26C5:78, and/or P2BF8:78 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) * A condition/symptom that requires the installation of an exhaust tailpipe actuator when undergoing normal diagnosis and repair * Exhaust tailpipe actuators failing alignment procedure after installation with parameter identification (PID) "EFCV_A_MON_STAT" and/or PID "EFCV_B_MON_STAT" reading "3" * No audible difference in exhaust tone when transitioning between exhaust modes These exhaust tailpipe actuators require alignment after installation. These vehicles may require an update to the PCM prior to attempting exhaust tailpipe actuator alignment. |
