Service bulletins for the 2023 Ford Escape

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Drivers of some 2020-2025 Escape, 2021-2025 Bronco Sport and 2022-2025 Maverick vehicles may report the uncommanded locking of the driver door after the door is closed. This may be due to the driver placing their hand on the interior front door handle and inadvertently pushing the manual door lock toggle into the lock position.
