Service bulletins for the 2025 Ford Bronco

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 548562026-05-26. Service bulletin. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; SERVICE BRAKES. Some 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a condition where cruise control is inoperative and/or an "Adaptive Cruise Control Not Available" message is displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0422:00 stored in the anti-lock brake (ABS) module. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, this may be due to an incorrect configuration programmed to the ABS module during an attempt to change tire size.

The Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool is the only approved tool that can be used for properly adjusting the tire size calibration. Vehicles originally equipped with 30-inch tires that are being upfit with 35-inch tires should be set to 615 revolutions per mile in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool under Diagnostics and Tools > Tire/Gear Adjust. Any other concerns related to tire size calibration that exhibit this condition, contact the Ford Performance Techline as outlined in the Ford Performance ProCal 4 tool instructions.

This limitation in tire size calibration is due to the software in the ABS module.
SSM 548072026-05-14. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. Some 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit various cruise control, pre-collision and/or front stabilizer bar disconnect related warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0418:86 stored in the image processing module A (IPMA). DTC U0415:00 may also be stored in the CHCM.

If wheel speed sensor specific DTCs are present in the anti-lock brake (ABS) module and/or warning messages other than those listed above are present, this SSM does not apply. Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) for normal diagnostics.

If a vehicle exhibits this condition, carefully inspect the rear wheel speed sensors for correct installation with the rear wheel speed sensor body seated flush against the axle housing. Repair or replace the affected rear wheel speed sensor as needed, clear the DTC, and retest. Refer to WSM, Section 206-09.

This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and additional diagnosis or service is not recommended at this time. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA and/or ABS modules will not resolve this
SSM 547722026-04-28. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL; POWER TRAIN. Some 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit various cruise control, pre-collision and/or front stabilizer bar disconnect related warning messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0418:86 stored in the image processing module A (IPMA) and no wheel speed sensor specific DTCs present in the anti-lock brake (ABS) module. DTC U0415:00 may also be stored in the CHCM. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, carefully inspect the rear wheel speed sensors for correct installation with the rear wheel speed sensor body seated flush against the axle housing. Repair or replace the affected rear wheel speed sensor as needed, clear the DTC, and retest. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 206-09. If the condition persists, advise the customer that Engineering is working on a software robustness solution that is expected to be available Q2 2026.

This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and additional diagnosis or service is not recommended at this time. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPMA and/or ABS modules will not resolve this condition.
SSM 547202026-04-10. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; LANE DEPARTURE: BLIND SPOT DETECTION. Various 2020-2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with blind spot information system (BLIS) may experience an inoperative blind spot monitoring with a "Blind Spot System Fault" message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This may also be accompanied by diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B118C:11 and/or B118C:15 stored in the driver door module (DDM), and/or B118D:11 and/or B118D:15 stored in the passenger door module (PDM). This may be due to the wiring connector from the mirror to the BLIS module. If diagnostics lead to an internal mirror wiring harness fault, a new lower level BLIS light pigtail is now released for service. It is not necessary to replace the exterior mirror assembly. Use part number SC3Z-14A411-B to resolve the concern.
